If you only knew how RBC dealt with their clients, you would understand why I AM NO LONGER A CLIENT. I pulled everything down to the elast cent, ok, I left 34 cents, just so they would have to send me a money order for that amount. But they have to give it to me when the accounts are close. I personally would not recommend RBC based, not only on my opinion, but your experiece... remember when royal changed its policies a few years back,a nd NOTHING was the same. Thats when all of the problems started, and it was down hill from there. I gave them a chance after the computer glitches of 2004. Being called a liar back then wasn't what I wanted to hear from them, but they did say it anyways. Her name was Ayleane Lycroft, or something like that. And Today is when my slautes go out to GEORGE P. MORON of 02089. Oh, sorry, that was a type, i and o are so close.. GEORGE P. MORIN of 02089! I love you buddy. BTW, I only did it to piss you off. I think it worked. But you went and closed my accounts. Remember the video survaliance I asked for, well, I only wanted it to add to my recorded audio of the day in question. You see, I wanted you to close the accounts, make me move my stuff, and when you did that, I am going to play the audio to the judge and see what he has to say about the interuption in my banking. Farewell, oh, and, for those of you who wanted to know what happened, it was becuase I apparently told an employee off and swore around the other clients, ( the recorder got all of what was actually said) but All I did was put my head on my hand and elbow on the counter saying why does this have to take so long.. the idiot ( not morin, but the teller) couldn't add up 3 checks, one of which was over 7000, and the final total was over 8000, he added it up to 1752.99. I merely said, could you add that up again, that doesnt look right, he snapped at me and said, that is why you are supposed to fill out the deposit slips. I said I pay my account fees.
